You have several choices, all of which may not be exactly what you hoped for, , but. From time to time someone parts a Spirit and sells the sheet metal.
If exact replication is not critical; 1. Make your own floor pan patch (plenty of internet videos on this) This will take a certain amount of skill and tools. Tools can be from a hammer and sand bag to more expensive tools such a bead roller. 2. Use a similar AMC floor pan (I am not sure about Spirit floor pans) but possibly Gremlin, Eagle, Concord floor pans 3. Sometimes a similar size alternative vehicle from the same era (ex: I have used Mustang floor pans, on alternative Fords, Chevys and Mopars.). I had to use 68/69 Dodge B body floor plans on a early alternate Dodge. Although alternative floor pans are not a perfect fit, many times with trimming and some finesse, the outcome is fairly good. You will not have exact original factory body lines, but who will see difference. On the internet sheet metal for sale, producers advertise floor pans for a certain vehicle, and yes the floor or trunk pans resemble the original parts but are anything but correct. Ask anyone who has bought and installed the so called trunk floor pans for a Javelin. So once you decide on the source of parts, correspond with those that have installed the sheet metal for tips and advice. Regardless of which method or parts you use, a good deal of trimming, minor to major panel modifications and finesse will be needed. Just plan accordingly.
