1972 hornet 2door barn find.  Has been parked in a barn 25+ plus years.  Long story short i bought this from the widow of a former AMCer.  Started life as a 6 cylinder, automatic, AC, PS, drum brake car. No motor or tranny.  It appears the car was being disassembled possibly for paint at some point in time so it is missing the front and rear bumpers and some trim pieces.  Nice AC dash and package tray.  Door panels front and rear are in very good shape.  Front seat has some issues but the rear seat IMO just needs a good cleaning. The floors and rockers in this car are extremely nice but there are rust issues in the rear quarters mostly behind the rear wheels and some small issues in the corners of the doors. I prefer not to piece this car out and i am looking for someone who will take it complete as is.  1200.00 buks. Pics to follow.  Lee

Rick,  Not sure if it is a original rally X car but it could be.  I have no paper work or title.  Let me know if you want to come look at it.  Lee

Unless the stripe was added later, I would think it is a Rally X.
