Forgot to add words to the previous post.  Started to install the carpeting. Has to be carefully cut around the cage floor mounts. NO ROOM FOR ERROR. I have my professional auto interior guy doing this in my garage. Saved me the trouble of trailering it. When the carpet is in I can install the seats and go for the FIRST RIDE! With winter coming on fast I hope to get the ride in before the first snow which up here could be any day now.

Sorry not sure what happened to the wording on the previous post. I got the carpet installed and trial fit the RECARO seats. Not an easy install with the cage this car has but I was able to make them work however no sliders so they are fixed mounted. Now I need to remove them and weld in a cross bar at the rear to mount the shoulder harnesses then paint the cage and install some padding.

Did a bunch of other stuff too,  got the wipers working, installed the parking lamps with the custom black inserts, ram air ducts.
Got my front license plate mount from Dan in Utah.

Going to replace the MSD 6T with an MSD 6AL and I hope the car will run with the MSD. If you remember the first time out I could not get it to run but I have an adjustable rotor to make certain it is phased correctly.

Had to get more fuel.  I am running Sunoco 104 unleaded 50% mix with 93 premium which should equal 98.5 octane.

Hopefully getting it to the shop for an alignment next week.

Was able to work on the interior last weekend. Removed the seats and installed the rear bar for the seat belts ( shoulder). Used something called Tiger Clamps that clamp to the cage and allow for a bolt in crossbar. Makes easier access and is quite strong as well.  Used 1 3/4 DOM tubing. The Tiger Clamps are used in some bolt together cages systems. I got mine from RACE TECH. Once I get the clamps and bar back from the Powder Coater I am going to touch up the cage with some flat black paint the add some padding.

I modified the passenger side seat to move back an additional 3 inches for more legroom. Also installing the rear interior trim, cleaning the carpets that got soiled in the process, then I will reinstall the seats, harnesses and most likely cover it up for the winter since it's already snowing up here.

What colors does the roll bar padding come in?

Leave the roll bar black, it will meld with the interior.

padding could be silver.

The car looks great and the workmanship  is awesome

Black everything. It'll contrast the exterior paint but compliment the black accents too.

I would keep it black to match the interior, Less conspicuous that way also.
