I need to have my pump rebuilt or can you buy the pump new? Also I bought anew pump for my 70 Javelin and it makes a loud buzzing noise not quite. Did they send me one for a GM. I have never had this sound before. Thanks for all the help.

69's used an Eaton pump, easily rebuildable. The Eaton has the round reservoir with the wing nut on top.

If yours has the GM/Saginaw pump added later, those are also rebuildable and easy to get replacements for. Just be aware that the newer Saginaw pumps changed to metric hose fittings, so if that's the pump you have, then watch that detail.

30ish years ago I swapped out a PS pump on my Chev PU. One pump was set up for the standard old school flare fitting on the line, the other was for the newer style line with the O ring on the line. The actual fitting in the pump was interchangeable between both pumps to achieve the desired line connection. Unless something changed with the threads on the pump fitting since then.........
