Rest in peace Pat.  I had the pleasure of dealing with him a couple of years ago on some 70 amx parts.  Class act.  Lost my dad to cancer late 2018, cancer sucks.

I'm saddened to hear this. I bought many parts from him over the years, and he was always very nice and fair with me. In fact I was just messaging with him a few weeks ago. R.I.P. good sir.
