For me it's more than parts. My local machinist likes them and does them often.  The target vehicles are a match, weight and power. They straddle the Malaise/Modern era divide. A basic good motor. Cheap and plentiful. 

The 2.5l is as alien to me as the Toyota  and far less plentiful here. 

Yeah efi manifolds might be wide. Needs research. Or fabbed intake.
