Swapping out the Performer RPM Air-Gap dual plane intake for the Victor Jr. single plane in my supercharged AMX. Hoping for more top end power.

Made an oil baffle for the underside. The Performer Air-Gap comes with a plate that doesn't stop much of anything. My Victor Jr. didn't come with one at all.

Top of baffle.

Installed.

When I bolted the intake on I found out I had to grind the outside end of my wrench to tighten the front-most passenger side bolt. It's really close to to the water passage casting. Allen head bolts might work better.

All snugged down.

Very nice.
I will hopefully soon be doing the same (Victor Jr. and throttle body).

I've got 1/8th and 1/4 mile numbers with the Performer. Will compare the numbers with this intake.

The Victor Jr. doesn't have a port for connecting the boost referenced fuel pressure regulator so I'll probably have to tap an NPT thread into it.

I've seen where the EFI Victor Jr. is readily available but the non-EFI has a about a 3 month lead time.
Is there any difference between the two other than the holes for the injectors?
If not, could the injector holes be plugged with something temporary for a future swap to EFI?

Do they make this intake for the short deck 69 motor?
