dates for next year are Friday 13th/14th and 15th March Smile

We will also be celebrating 50 years of the Hornet and Gremlin. At this stage we look to have 5 Gremlins coming , 20 to 25 Hornets and with about 30 to 40 other AMC's all out to enjoy the weekend it is shaping up already to be the biggest one yet Tongue

More details soon

I just saw a rough copy of next years poster. The Hornet on the poster is in real nice company with the other Chryslers on the poster. Was still a little rough otherwise may have put it up here but it will be available soon Tongue

More information becomes available once the posters/entry forms are released in August/September but feel free to pop more questions up here and I, or another forum member, may be able to help answer and elaborate (feel free to look through the other 6 years of the show in other threads on this forum as they provide a wealth of info and photo's too)

No camping is allowed at the venue but there is ample accommodation in and around Albury/Wodonga to suit all tastes and budgets from camp sites to 5 star suites for AMC royalty Smile

ALL Hornets and Gremlins welcome too. From Standard drivers to Show cars, burnt out shells or full car accident wrecks, ex race cars (very good chance this time for an ex Speedway Hornet making an appearance), parts cars, unfinished projects literally ANY Hornet/Gremlin in ANY condition even half a cut up Hornet if you want to bring it or rear cut lounge chair Hornet. We should break the record of 21 Hornets in the one spot in Australia all going well

Would also like to re-break the Javelin/AMX record we set in 2018 by having these cars celebrate with us.

The Hornets and AMX/Javelin's are by far the most popular AMC/Ramblers in Australia (maybe even the US?) so to have a huge line up of these most recognisable AMC's (plus a multitude of other AMC models) at next years show will be truly really great to see Smile

PS there is usually a few cars come over from SA so you might be able to convoy with them. As we get closer I may be able to put you in touch with them or if they are reading this they could message you

Thumbs Up Yeah ok thankyou for reply, much appreciated.

i have touched base with a few AMC guys here in S.A whilst on cruises throughout Adelaide.
Andrew Tuck, Daniel Keyes?  Brett Mossop, Chris King and a few others. seem to be a good group of blokes/enthusiasts.

Not sure if there making the trip over for 2020 COTM ?
I may have to find them or ask up on facebook ?
Convoy sounds like a fun trip.
would be awesome to see a whole lot of AMC's all in one place. 100% Looking forward to it.

It was painted just after the 2018 AMC/Rambler show but only minor work since then

I have been getting some of the parts together with the help of Steve Fripp etc
I am picking up all the suspension parts and bumper brackets and other dirty rusty old bits today actually from the sandblasters and hopefully paint them this weekend. So its coming along but finding it hard to put the time into it. It will definitely be at the show next year and all going well be driven there for the first time. I havnt driven this car on the road since 1994 so I really cant wait Smile

I had grand plans of doing that unveiling thing at the show but i dont think I have the funds, time or expertise to make it as good as I dream about Smile
