Hi Guys, I am currently restoring a 1968 Jeep Wagoneer In South Africa, and the only Identification Numbers are: Engine-103806K29B and Toledo Serial No: 1414 203788AA. Any information that will assist me in acquiring Parts will be appreciated.

Try Rock Auto .com . Jeeps used mostly common mechanical parts. You should be able to get what you need from Rock. If nothing else you can get the parts numbers and look locally for those parts. This is under the assumption you primarily need  mechanical parts. Sheet metal parts did not changed much either over the years but shipping those is always a pain. LRDaum

What in particular are you looking for is a good question as well. Obviously some things are harder to find than others.

The first thing I'd check on that engine is make sure you are getting oil to the rockers because you don't want the shaft to wear out. You should be able to see oil to the front rockers through the oil filler cap hole.

There should be a smooth pad on the block next to the distributor.  Stamped numbers on that block will identify the date that it was assembled and confirm that is a 232 engine and not a 199 or a later 258.  Of course in a Jeep it is very unlikely that it is a 199.  Joe
