I was doing a search on Rockauto to see if I could determine what year/model to use to source a Duraspark II distributor for the 232, any help? I changed ALL my old Fords over to DSII if possible to be rid of the points. Do the 232 and 258 share distibrutors?

1978 was the first year for the duraspark on AMC. I think the distributors all fit 199-232-258 and 4.0s...

The only 232's to come with Duraspark would be 1978 and 1979. The 232 was discontinued after that, but the 258 continued on with Duraspark until it got the computer controlled Duraspark in 1982 and 232 and 258 distributors are interchangeable.
