Does anyone know where I can get a new wiring harness for a 1970 javelin?

They are reproduced. Contact your favorite AMC parts vendor, Kennedy American, American Parts Depot, Galvin's AMC.

Harness should be two main parts for a 1970, the main harness, & the rear lamp harness.

Then, if needed, you can get the Rally pack, low fuel warning,  and auto console harnesses.

Check with M&H in southern California.  They seem to list one in their catalog if I read it correctly.  My 69 AMX harness from then was spot on and the finest reproduction part I have ever seen.  Joe

I called them and they said they did not have anything for a javelin. They said they have parts of a harness not not a full harness

5spd, I MAY have an NOS front (engine/dash) harness left in my stash. It will be Saturday before I can get to looking. I don't recall if it is a six or seven pin harness for the taillights.

I purchased both front/dash and rear from M&H within the last year. Very good quality product with all the correct connectors and wire colors.   I looked on their web site and they still have them listed. - JJ

5spdwagon, I don't understand your issue.  The original harness in AMX and Javelin is one piece from dash to the headlights, the tail light harness is separate.  Then there is a separate harness for each accessory, such as park brake warning, air conditioning, tachometer, courtesy lights, clock, radio, etc.  I have bought and installed no less then 10 reproduction harnesses and have 2 in stock for next cars through my shop.  No one offers a "COMPLETE" harness with all possible accessories, that would be a waste of money and time for 99% of purchasers.  American Parts Depot and other AMC vendors do carry the M&H Harness, the advantage in buying from AMC vendor is they have the stock, M&H direct is usually a 2-3 month leadtime.  They also sell the A/C and Tach Harnesses, separate.  The key to the repop harness is all the molded ends are perfect and can not be duplicated without great expense.  Hope this helps you.
