Assuming you want remove the wiper arms along with the blades:   The arms are attached to a splined spindle at the base. Use a small flat blade screwdriver and an object to work as a fulcrum like a screwdriver handle and lift with the blade at the very edge of the wiper arm. When the arm begins to move up off of the spindle, it will all make sense to you. Joe

Ahhh well but luckily for me im just wanting to remove the blades. These are worn down to nothing so i bought new ones an wanna put them on. Now when i look under the blade i see like a tab, do i pop the blades off like that?

Yes. There's a tab at the end of the arm, on the blade 'hitch'. Give it a gentle push or pull.
Don't throw away those blades. You might be able to find refills for the rubber part, that would look better and probably fit better than the new style blades.

At the end closest to the above mentioned spindle, you will see a blunt arrow looking thing. Squeeze that and the blade slides out. Reverse to put the new blades (difficult to find nowadays) back in. I found a seller on ebay with Anco blades and I bought both pairs. Most parts houses do not carry blades because they can make more money selling arms but arms cannot be changed on most old cars.
