The car trapped 106 at 3600 lbs.  Which is pretty good for what's in the motor.  To answer the question of "what's holding it back"?  Nothing.  It runs just like it should.  Don't like the dyno number, find another dyno that gives you the numbers you want, lol.

Or find an operator who will fudge the correction factor.

Yes, basically need to run it at the strip now to see if I have gone forwards or backwards.
Here is the previous dyno run for comparison, this was a couple of years ago before the transmission rebuild, rear gear and exhaust changes.

Can't figure out why this isn't coming up on my computer, can anybody else see it?

And the current one again to make comparison easier:

Different dynos and units make it difficult to make a comparison and I'm certainly hoping it hasn't gone backwards as indicated by the peak numbers. Maybe I've hurt something inbetween, but the engine hasn't got a lot of miles on it. The only change since the 13.1 run is the exhaust and it's hard to see that making it worse.

Really just interested to know where the limiting factor might be with the current setup, is it the cam, head flow, exhaust, intake, carb? Probably not going to pull the heads off to get them ported, but might consider a cam change in the scheme of things if not limited elsewhere. No point in putting a bigger cam in though if the rest of the package won't support it.

106 is good for mid 12s on a decent lanuch.  If all you want to do is get into the 12s I'd look at a good converter (and tires if you're spinning) and leave the motor alone.  I don't know how possible that is with your transmission of choice.

No BSFC number's I'm afraid, haven't heard that term before.
In their defence I'm sure the other two guys were commenting on the dyno vs track rather than BSFC.

Ported heads and a torker will probably get .3-.5 at the track with no other changes.

Look you two rocket scientists, if you don't understand the importance of BSFC on a dyno run then don't criticize me for asking for it.  Okay?  Sheesh.
