It looks to me that the Edelbrock Pro-Flo intake is a single plane airgapped manifold.

How about using this intake instead of the torker?

Has anyone tried this whith a large carb?, ore is the intakerunners to small??

The intake is likely a 'dry flow" since fuel is injected close to the head.

ClapLOL Must have stayed at a Holiday Inn express last night.

The plenum and the runners are smaller then a torker .

I will be using a carb on it until I get all the parts together and installed to go EFI ,here shortly.

AFAIK, Edelbrock doesn't sell the manifold separately for AMC.

But if you have a complete system for another engine, then you have to buy a complete set if you get another tyoe of engine??

One would think that Edelcock would offer the manifold alone as a replacement part, but none of the catalogues show it as such,  and I've heard semi-official word that it's not available separately.
Of course, if were available it would likely be spendy, and for the money a guy might be better off with a Torker. As tried and proven manifold for AMC as there ever was.

The manifold is a version of the medium high raise Victor Jr. for AMCs. You can only get it in the fuel injection kit. I had the fuel injection on my 69 AMX that was stolen. I understand the manifold are highly sot after. My old one is floating around some where. I see no reason why it will not work with a carburetor. The only thing is , it is taller then regular AMC intakes, with a carb you more then likely have to have a hood scope to clear a regular carb. AS for  smaller runner, etc. that a whole other argument. LRDaum
