getting ready to stamp out shields and rails and have end caps made. this may be a one run opportunity due to costs and the difficulty of getting the shields brite dip coated as the originals were.
these are made from the same dies used before that were done by trendsetter products inc.
the shields and rails are brite dip coated as the originals were.

cost of the shields and rails will be  350.00 per set
cost of the end caps will be 250.00 per set

I have not put together hanger kits yet but I will be working on those as well.
we will not be doing any exhaust pipe/muffler parts.
our goal is to have ready for Kenosha meet.

thanx  Rick

I was one of the Javelin votes.  Please note, however, that I am actually interested in 2 full sets for the Javelin.  1 for my 70 Javelin Donohue clone, and 1 for my 73 Javelin, so although I am one vote.  I want two sets.

thanks,
Shane Blake

hey mike,
there were 2 people/companys doing them  a while back, the bursaws and trendsetter products inc.
i do not know what happened with the bursaws or thier dies and molds.
the ones we are doing are with the dies and molds from trendsetter products. they did pt cruiser ones mostly. same die different length shields.
i sold several sets we had done with these dies from 2004-last year. all that i sold had good feedback and customers were happy with them.
i will try to get some pics posted also but they look the same as before.

thanx  rick

i will have about 10 sets of the trendsetter rails and shields with me at kenosha, i will also have a example of the end caps with me.
i will be making a list while there and can take deposits on the ones being finished, approximatly 30 sets total.
end caps are in the works, should be done soon.

What are your plans for those of us that won't be making it to Kenosha that were on the list?  Are you taking deposits on those? What did you determine final pricing to be for the rails/shields/endcaps and hanging hardware?
