You're right but the OP said in his first post that it was going to be built up. At the bare minimum a shift kit and a bolt in sprag has to be done along with a good convertor so the pump hub don't break off.

I'm sure a stock 904 would last for awhile, Chrysler put 904s on their 360s from the factory........
