i just found out mine has a small pinhole by the front head bolt.i cleaned it real good and put some jb-weld on it and some sealer over it.i have acouple of frieands that has done this and its worked for years!!

Yes, I had a machine shop miss the crack during magnafluxing and I spotted it once It cam home. Had to redo the hardened exhaust seats after having the head heated to 1,000 degress twice so the crack could be welded correctly.

has anyone ever had a cracked head leak when torqued to engine and hot but not when pressure tested at machine shop?its  on a  corner were they all seem to crack.I pulled the head bolt and there was no coolant in there.
