Look up "1975 Rambler Hornet" on facebook and there is a group with a few good pics of Aussie Hornets. The maroon one with HORNET sticker on rear quater is the one that I remember used to cruise around Albury

Here is a RHD 62 Ambassador

Barn find. Here is the twin of my 63, this Classic was recently found (about a year ago) on ebay. It was sitting in a ware house since 1971. It still has the alloy 6cyl 196cu.

Hi Western Red. Mate if you want to bring the Javelin over east to Albury for the 2014 Chryslers on the Murray you are most welcome. There are usually a handful of Chryslers that make the trek so I could find out who they are and you (and any other WA/STH OZ AMC owners) may be able to convoy over together. Talk about a BIG cruise! Would be cool getting pics of the Javelin cruising the Nullabor and a bit of an adventure to tell the grandkids about Smile If you want anymore details don't hesitate to email. Would be good to make it a yearly congregation of OZ AMC forum members and AMC's.Smile

Well, the Classic Car Show is on in a couple of weeks, hopefully a few more get out to that one. I'll also be running mine at the Nostalgia Drags next Sunday.

I was going to go and take the Ambo down, but last minute things happened so it was a no go for me.

Lots of P76s coz it is apparently the 40th Anniversary of the P76 release.

Almost time to put the Ambo in the garage for the winter.  Unhappy

Went to the Aussie car day in Pinjarra yesterday, would love to show you pictures of all the Ramblers on display, but mine was the only one, I even organised a special flyover:

Rambler owners need to get their cars out more, look at the efforts of the P76 guys, yes that whole line is all P76:
