If you're looking for one of the most unique and memorable events to take your PRE 1978 "ride" to this year, click on the link below.

This event is a combination of my father's enjoyment of hot rods/ muscle cars and his vision for what he believes to be an ultimate hot rod event.  As you will see listed on the website, this event is a combination of various activities including a car show, (3) cruise-ins, a poker run, sock hop, and more.  The goal is a little, or ALOT of, something for everyone.

All of this will take place in and around the picturesque Village of Lake George NY, which many of you in the northeast will also associate with the "Americade" and the "Adirondack Nationals".  It truly is a destination you can enjoy with your whole familly.

If you are truly interested in attending, I encourage you to register online as soon as possible.  Ultimately, it would be a huge success if hundreds of cars chose to participate.  The reality is the event will not occur if there aren't AT LEAST 100 pre-registrants by July 1st.  So, I encourage you to register sooner rather than later if you would like to see this become a reality.  Registrants should click on the "Features" tab for a list of hotels who are offerings a discounted rate for PRE-REGISTRANTS.

If you have any questions, feel free to either post a reply here, or send me an e-mail (amxonefc@gmail.com).  I will do my best to respond to you within 24 hours.

We hope to see you there!

I attended this show a few years ago and was pretty amazed at the numbers of cars.  No real vending to speak of and it seemed a bit of the buddy system was at play when it came to awards but we had a fun time and saw lots of cool cars.   The entire town gets over run!!   The cruise was fun and we drove for a while and then parked and watched  too.  Rooms at the show field are sold out for a few years in advance as well as most of the nice hotels on the main drag.  We stayed about a mile or two down the road.   If you enter your car for judging plan on being there for the day....once your in the show grounds you'll probably get blocked in.    Id love to go again but just haven't worked it out the past few years.    I'd say try to attend if you can!!  Nice show...TONS of cars!!!

Sidewinder - My family has attended the Adirondack Nationals for many years too.  Always enjoyable, but just as you said, it is quite crowded and in our opinion the "cruise" is limited.  Alot of stop and go, and very little actual cruising.  We entered cars one year and, again, just as you said, we couldn't get them out the entire day.

My father has taken note of these particular things and has attempted to offer a different approach in the form of a longer cruise through some scenic areas, and a limit of the number of cars on the grounds.  We have no wild illusions that this event could achieve the 1,500+ car turnout the Adirondack Nationals achieves annually, but are hoping for the best.

TO ALL OTHERS READING THIS POST, PLEASE NOTE, THIS IS A DIFFERENT EVENT.  As indicated by the website, this is INAUGURAL, in other words, this (will hopefully be) the first year.

There are two important show updates.

1) The show is now open to cars 1985 and older.  This is a change from the original 1978 "cut-off".

2) If anyone is seriously interested in attending, I encourage you to pre-register.  We need at least 100 pre-registrants by July 1 to make this a reality.  To date, we need many more registrants to achieve that requirement.

Again if you have any questions feel free to contact me directly.
