I would like to thank all of the people who responded to my question regarding the out of balance of my 360.
I disassembled the engine and took it to a machine shop in Springfield, Vt. Messer Performance Engines.
He balanced the rotating assembly and it now runs very well and smooth. some issues to solve but hope to go to the Rambler Regional in Connecticut next week end, July 29-30. If any of you are planning to go please let me know as I will look for you. We can only make the Saturday portion.

I decided not to head out to Con. I now have developed  front seal leak in the trans so will stay close to home with it for a while.
