T5 steel input bearing retainer

   I decided to start building the 2:95 first gearset AMC trans and ordered what I though was the steel bearing retainer only to get a POS aluminum one, my fault for not reading the description as it says "crown". Got it from 4wd and am in the process of returning it. 
Quadratec has one at $60!
2 sellers on Ebay still list Steel ones for the Jeep for $39.99 and 39.95.

I'm putting this up here as it looks to me like the supply may be drying up on these and if you are going the T5 route the steel one is pretty much the way you want to go. I can't say for sure what stock or supply is on these, but you may want to get your hands on one just in case.

I'm hoping to delegate a day or two to it over break and see if I can get a clear plan. I think I only need a bearing and basic synchro kit. It's been so many years I'm not sure
