What are the min specs on shift forks? Does it matter which way they face? Looks like I need reverse gears and 3/4 slider. The Gear Box has good prices. Anything else I need to know or maybe better products from somewhere else? Thanks.

Make sure the slider you get is a torque lock design, I would replace both sliders. Most new sliders are of a torque lock design, they have a slight reverse cut of the internal teeth that help to hold it in to gear. I have a bunch of pictures of a rebuild I did just not loaded onto the computer yet.
The forks go in ether way, if there is any wear on the fork it is pretty noticeable replace it.
