The Sixth Annual West Coast All AMC Car Show registration has begun! 
All AMCs welcome and fun for everyone!

SoCalAMX is a group of 
enthusiast owners of AMC's, Javelins and AMX's. We have been meeting in the 
Southern California area for the past 9 years. We have steadily grown over the 
years to the point that we held our first annual car show in 2007 at Irwindale 
Speedway, and our second, third, and fourth in 2008, 2009, and 2010 at Wally 
Parks Motorsports NHRA Museum. Our 5th car show was held at the Santa Anita Park 
in 2011.

You can visit our group's

of information on the AMX and Javelins, and a record of our activities in the 
form of "Photos" and a "Past 
Events" log.

We'd love to have you join us on 
Yahoo 
Groups, a email list through Yahoo, where we stay in touch with one another 
and plan future events.

We are an active group having 
attended events in 2008 such as; the recent AMC Car Show in the Las Vegas area 
in November, Roam'n Relics Center Car Show in Moorpark, Canyon Country/Route 66 
Car Show in Santa Clarita, Enderle Center Car Show in Tustin, and the annual 
"Spring Fling" hosted by the CHRYSLER PERFORMANCE WEST Car 
Club.

	Hope to finally make it this year Steve although we may end up celebrating our wedding anniversary that weekend it can't do it the weekend before. Looks like a great time and it would be fun to visit with all you SoCal guys at a show.

	Hey Dan, I hope you and the wife can make the show. We are currently negotiating for a Friday afternoon tour of a well-known socal car museum, dinner, and cruise night. Details of the show are in the first post of this thread. I know you'd have a great time, so I hope you can join us. Think of it as a "automobile honeymoon." Ha ha!!

	Car events are not usually her thing although she has some good friendsand relatives in La Jolla and Encinida so there is an outside chance she would come along but not much chance that she would have any interest in going to the show. And unless I want to antagonize a currently very good marriage relationship , this trip would definitely have to be in ADDITION to our anniversary rather than be the supposed anniversary get away. You gotta know the boundaries in a marriage and a car show on our anniversary would definitely be way out of bounds in our marriage.

	Steve, is there still a cruise and a visit to a car collection on Friday? I can't seem to find any info besides the Saturday show stuff?

	Wish I could be joining everyone in Pomona but my two brothers and I will be in Seattle for our Dad's 80th birthday. We will be spending Friday & Saturday helping him with a big swap meet in Monroe, WA. He is part of the Horseless Carriage Club of America and the reason why all three of us boys are into AMC's.
