I have never run into a booster/cylinder bracket that would move after sitting for a while. Even on Az. cars. Unless it had already been taken apart and honed out and rebuilt. They ALWATS stick at least to some degree. Take it aprt and clean/hone the bore on the cross shaft, add plenty of brake lube or lubriplate and put it all back togeteher. That will eliminate that part as the issue and should be don amyways. The rest of the system needs to be done for safety also.
