Thanks mate, certainly am ! Got a phone hook-up with the company execs tomorrow morning to discuss the course of action going forward. They are saying all the right things now, but have not seen a cent yet ........... They fully admit the service has been unacceptable to date.

Sounds like they are dragging it out. Hoping you will go away? I would be looking into some help (Solicitor) mate because if they were serious it would have been sorted by now. Maybe even threaten some newspaper or TV action. Who knows what may work. The dollar amount would be small fry for these guys, and they know it was their fault so there is no reason for them to be dragging it out unless they have a reason. I really hope they come through for you
Anyone have any other ideas to bring these guys to the party? |

Thanks for the support and advice Jason.
Yeah it is wearing but I am settling in for the long haul. The Shipping broker has just made me a low ball offer to settle which I find insulting ! So much for looking after a valued customer !! Fighting a legal battle from Australia against an American based company is new ground for me, but one that appears to be looming. Would certainly appreciate any advice or recommendations on how I go about this ? |

Thanks mate, I have rejected the Settlement offer. We were just too far apart, leaving me at least 10K Aussie in the hole to get my Hornet repaired. Totally unreasonable !!
I have fired back a range of questions and options and await another offer ............. I will be pissed if this drags on so long that I don't have the Hornet ready for COTM 2018 . |

Get an Lawyer...
Have an official Car collission Expert rate the Damage, and start working on the Hornet. You´ll have to pay the dung upfront anyways, untill you´ll hopefully gat your damage costs refunded. |

The damage is extensive and the costs are high, I don't have the money up front to fix it........ and every day it sits out in the weather while I get stuffed around.
