Clean off the side of the shifter body to see who made it, it looks to me like a Aftermarket Hurst.....there are no parts that interchange between the Aftermarket Version and the Factory Version Hurst. Even the tailshaft housing adapter plate is completely different. Once you figure that out, finding the rods to make it work will be so much easier.
