I'm not sure if the local guy that repaired it has a hot tank that would remove paint. The interior of this tank is super clean. May have already been cleaned at some point in the past. My main interest is getting the paint off to repaint it and make it look better. I'm going to try the paint remover route. The new aluminum radiators are so cheap that I've been torn on pulling the darn thing again and going through the trouble.
