I had to take apart my rear door panels as my window wasn’t operating properly. Upon taking off the panel the has the Window mechanism, there is a Rubbery sealing material around perimeter of panel. The material is all worn out and I would like to remove and redo. What type of material can I use to reuse around the frame with this rubbery type seal?

It sounds like you're referring to the material called strip caulk.

There should be a water barrier paper stuck to the door frame with that strip caulk before the door panel is installed.

3M Strip caulk. Sold in flat boxes at auto body supply stores. The light gray colored strip caulk was ( is ? ) sold under the name of Mortite and was in rolls. Don;t know if Mortite is still being made but it was a hardware store item.
