Good to see there will be a AMC/Rambler show in Minneapolis! Been to three of them and have not been sorry I made the trip from Nevada. Lyndale Rambler/AMC is where I bought my '68 Javelin in November of '67. Then a '68 AMX in March of '68. The AMX was totaled in December so I Picked up a SC/Rambler in April of '69. Had lots of fun on the street and Drag Strip with them! The SC had a tree fall on it in '73 so that also was totaled! In '71 bought a loaded Gremlin then put in a 343 auto. Also was a fun car. Didn't get another AMC till '81 when I bought an Eagle Camback. That was great for Minnesota winters. Now I'm in Pahrump Nevada and looking forward to seeing my Minnesota friends and family. |
