Looking for recommended rebuilders for a 70 disc brake booster.   Anyone had good or bad experiences?  Thanks - JJ

I'm finding a lot of references to booster Dewey. - JJ

What ever you do, ask if "they" rebuild the unit or send it out. If they send it out you may loose it!
Best to take it to a rebuild shop yourself or send it with a receipt to the rebuild shop.
Mine was sent out and lost, they gave me a "replacement" - it worked, overly touchy brakes, little to no feather!
Thought it was the new master and replaced it, no better.
Ended up buying a rebuild at AMO last year and the brakes are night and day better.

I have taken boosters and masters to a local shop now. They are not the best but do stand behind their work and eventually I get originals back, rebuilt and working like new.

Had mine rebuilt by Booster Dewy. No issues. Quick turn time. Good price.
