This intake was made by Henry Dvorchak, a somewhat famous race engineer from the Pittsburgh area.  He was associated with the PITT road racing team who ended up with one of the Penske Javelins when Bob Fryer ran the team.

He made this intake for Roger Penske at some point in the 1970s.

From Victory Lane magazine...... "Dvorchak built such a reputation that Roger Penske took notice. Dvorchak adapted a carburetor system and put a Chevrolet manifold on an AMC engine, which Donohue raced with in his Matador in NASCAR."

I believe its a SBC Weiand Team G that was adapted to an AMC engine.  Anyway its one of kind for sure.
