Later!
Mr. Ed

I'm working on 1968 and a 1970 Missouri inspection stickers.
I can not find them on any sites.

It cost almost $300.00 for 50 of the DiSalvo's sticker back in 2007.

I did the DiSalvo's sticker form a original one.
The Rambler one from a photo of it. And alot of photo shop work.
I have them on the "sale page".

Thanks,

I'd like a new Disalvo sticker. Mine is in red tho. Its the same shape as the bottom 2 white with red letters. Its a 64 & was parked in 75 so the "almost a landmark" slogan might be too new. I can talk with you at the october meet & get you a pic. What other stickers do you make ie- 195.6, tri-poised, heater, 327, etc. I dont know how to make em so i thought it wouldn't hurt to ask. Thought some stickers would be easy way to freshen up certain gauges on certain cars. You know, gauge still works but looks poopy, clean it & put a sticker over it. Good as new, well looks anyway

I have bought some inspection stickers from this guy. They are decent quality, but aren't made of the same type of material as the originals.

I bought my 1970 BBO Mark Donahue Javelin from your dad. It was funny when I blew out the rear yoke and busted the drive shaft, I took the damaged parts to the shop and your dad was sitting at the service desk with some guy. Bud asked what happened. I told him and he asked if I just wanted the parts to install or would I be hauling the car in. Then the guy speaks up. He was the zone rep and he said my car was out of warranty (it was 1975). Without skipping a beat, He reached into the drawer and pulled my file and said that tha car only had 21,xxx miles on it and since it was sold in January of 1971 it was still in warranty. I picked up the parts a few days later.

Bob Seiwell was my salesman and my friends father.

I'd love to have a Haslett sticker.

Later!
Mr. Ed

Scan it and take it to a sign shop. They can do the art work for you.
are you can photo shop it yourself.

Bud,

Natale AMC Jeep in Saratoga Springs, NY originally a NASH dealership that we bought a lot of cars from over the years.  From my old rusty 88 J10 a few years ago.  Sadly, the truck is long gone.

Mr Ed.

Thank you so very much for the story. It really means a lot to me to hear it.

Sorry it has taken so long to get back to you. I looked in the place I thought the stickers were and I could not find them. I know I have them somewhere so will let you know when I track them down.

Thanks again for the story and sorry for the delay.

Bud

You're welcome. I have bought a lot of new cars over the years at a lot of dealers but none made me feel like they wanted my business like Bud and Bob.

And yes, please let me know if  you find the stickers.

Later!
Mr. Ed

Hey Ted, this is Wayne up in Bolton.  The Ralph P I knew would be about 99 now so this must be his son.  Ralph Sr worked at Natales for years and lived about half a mile up the road from me in Greenfield.

Hi Wayne, happy New Year and all that! Ralph lives down the street from me, and still has garage at 5th and Palmer AV. He wanted to show what an AMC Eagle was/looked like to a young guy that worked there....I guess that the guy heard plenty of stories about Natale and the AMC's.      Ted

Hi,

A little off topic but where would you find the locations on a 1966 classic where all of the Rambler stickers that came from the factory go? Examples are the jack instructions, battery, coolant, and so on. Are there photos somewhere?
