Hi, just about to get my car back on the road and I need a rebuild kit for the Master cylinder. I have looked online but am not entirely sure as the US Master cylinder seems a lot different.

I have a picture but am unable to post it for some reason.

Cheers,

Luke

A standard single chamber PBR M/C wasn't used on US versions, only Australian ones. It just looks like a cast iron tub with a screw on lid, and a single brake line out the front ? I have rebuilt these before on my own Classic (when I had it) and the individual parts are available (ie seals, shims and boot). I think I still have the part numbers around somewhere. Consider a resleeve too if the bore is pitted. I think I have an old body here that you could get done as a changeover (unless you've already taken it off and dismantled it).

Dave

(PS no harm in posting this in the Aussie section as we are more likely to see it there)
