My wife, P.J. has been in the Intensive Care Unit at St. Catherines Hospital in Kenosha since early last Monday. I know a lot of you that are NAMDRA members or have attended the annual AMC NATIONALS know P.J. and know she is one of the backbones of NAMDRA. P.J. is having major lung problems, in fact at the 33RD. AMC NATIONALS she wasn't feeling that good but she worked her butt off at the meet. She is that great kind of AMC'er!!

P.J. is out of the hospital now. She is on 24 hour oxygen, heck, even in the shower, and all kinds of medications. Hoping all of this will get her back on her feet soon so I have someone to give a hard time to!! ------------- Have fun with your AMC!!! |

Jock and PJ. What a shock to hear, glad to see she's home! We talked and she shared wasn't up to par, but yeah you wouldn't know it. What a dedicated worker, partner, wife, mom and friend to all! Said it before, Amazing what you all do for the hobby and all of us! Of course in our prayers too, and IF ANYTHING is needed please let me know, I'll be there, we now about that lung stuff. P.J. is doing better now, in fact she went back to work this week. Still has to use the oxygen machine whenever she is at home and still taking different medications but is able to breathe a lot better now. She has to go for a chest xray the 11th., hope it shows everything is better. P.J. says thanks for all your prayers and well wishes.
BTW, seeing she is is using the oxygen at home I had to quit smoking. This is my 11th. day without a cigarette or a alcoholic drink! ------------- Have fun with your AMC!!! |
