I need to put new bushings in my upper and lower control arms...  Concord/Hornet/Eagle.... Anyone have a suggestion for the best press to do this with, that is reasonably economical??

I made a small wood block to slide inside the channel to keep from crushing the arm.

I've done them in a bench vice without too much trouble.
