Does anyone know if you can have the brake booster and master cylinder powder coated? I was trying to find a chrome combo but could not locate one, so I am looking at powder coating instead.

The temperatures required to cure powder coating would melt the rubber parts inside of both the master cylinder and booster.

Otherwise it should be possible to powder coat them. They would need to be completely disassembled first. Since power coating is so thick, the sealing and inside surfaces will need to be masked off.

The chrome stuff is out there,  it may not be exactly made to AMC specs but it is out there.  Took me a long time to find what i needed but it is there.
