The member who had wanted this project has changed his plans, so it is available again....Sorry to the one fellow who was disappointed, but maybe he can work things out now...Someone needs to restore this poor ol' thing.....In response to several of you who have sent PMs and asked for more photos, I will post them here instead of sending to each individually....I have a complete 1970 SST Javelin body   VIN number A0m797X19xxx...The original color was Glenn Green with green cord interior....Its rough, but solid, and is a project.Ther is no engine or interior other than the dash shell..actually there are 2 dash shells, and the one has the vin number that matches the door...It needs a lot, but will not need any floor, trough, or trunk floor repairs...The rockers still have the metal molding clips and appear to be solid...The inner rockers show no flaws...The hood is done for, there is a dent in the back corner someone started to fix and the bottom outside of the quarters have been cut up about 5 inches..The inside returns are still there and are OK...The petals are in place, there are 4 rocker moldings, 4 calipers, a extra set of A arms, and a lot of misc odds and ends like pulleys and brackets from the engine...All of the glass is good in the car....It will come with 2 extra doors...The striker areas are perfect as are the front door hinge area posts...The package shelf is uncut...There is a very nice 70 grill included that I would rate a 8 out of 10...Missing two side tabs but no cracks or pieces missing..It had a half top and there is metal missing around the clip holes, but the top is still solid...There is not rot around the back window or the front A pillars...All the little clip studs are still in place...Most of stainless is still with this project...It looks like Sxxt, but is a good solid beginning especially if you have a fairly complete really rusted car...And it is a factory 390 4 speed example of a 1970 Javelin...I need $1750 for this thing ...The bins contain just some of the extra "stuff" thats included...Thanks  Bob

The state of Alabama does not issue titles for vehicles manufactured prior to the 1975 model year....States are required to honor the laws of other states regarding these practices...However, it is possible and likely in many states to run into difficulty from DMV employees who are either too lazy to properly check the laws or think they know everything without even bothering to look it up...If a person lives in one of the "difficult" states it could be a hassle...Our tag agencies here are run by elected county tax assessors who have to stand for re-election every two years, and their employees are not lifetime or union, but serve at the will of the current elected person...It makes dealing with these agencies a much more pleasant experience, and I have never been met without a smile and a thankyou when finished...
Thankyou....Bob
