Has anyone had to find the pilot bushing for the 195.6 at a parts store? My '59 will be getting a shipment of new clutch parts and I'm not sure if they included a new bushing or alignment tool, as I requested.
Feels like I've been waiting forever for these to come back and am running out of season to drive my car. I think it's a PB-73 but not sure. I have the old one to take in. Finding the alignment tool may be more of a challenge!

The PB 73 is correct. I did get one from O'REILEYS
My last clutch and pressure plate kit had an alignment tool. But it was for a T5 set for a 196-T5 conversion. nick

you could fab an alignment tool from a wooden dowel.

Thank you guys!
After searching for the right one and striking out, I loosely hung the clutch plate and housing on my flywheel and wrestled the tranny up and slid it in, using it as the alignment tool. Used a 2X4 to hold it there while tightening the housing and was able to get things back together. So, in a pinch, you can use the transmission as your alignment tool - as long as you can safely get it into place!

I'm really happy with the American Parts Depot refurbished parts, too!
All work great and it's nice to have a driveable car again!
