There is your problem, need to put in a full valley pan gasket, also make sure that you are using the plate or pcv oil breather under the intake.

Not enough info.

BUT...I would speculate that the intake gaskets are the problem. No oil should be in the intake. Does your intake have a PCV baffle riveted to the underside of the intake? Do you have a ton of crankcase pressure, indicating a ton of blow-by past the Piston rings? Miles on the engine?

As I said, more info would help the long-distance diagnosis.
Buzzman72...void where prohibited, your mileage may vary, objects in mirror may be closer than they appear, and alcohol may intensify any side effects.

I think I made a mistake by switching to the individual gaskets and should go back to valley pan

Try blocking the PCV off and see if that solves your problem before you go changing the intake gaskets.

I agree. The valley pan helps shield the PCV from splashing oil. Even then the baffle the Air-Gap comes with is just about useless. I created my own baffle, which replicates the factory AMC baffle.

I fought intake vacuum leaks for years with valley pan gaskets, so I went to the fiber gaskets. Then I couldn't keep plugs from fouling, so I decided to use both by cutting the gasket sealing surface off of a valley pan like this:

That last picture is gaskets I made myself out of a roll of gasket material that turned out not so great. I ended up getting the good ones later.

I still got some fouling with the AirGap manifold and provided baffle, so I grabbed some scrap metal I had lying around and made this to go on along with the provided baffle:

Works great now. Plugs look good 1,000 miles later. I was changing plugs every 500 miles before that and cleaning them every couple hundred.

Why would you go through this hassle, when the valley pan itself is proven to be the better option???

It's what worked for me. I don't know what to tell you. Just sharing a combination of options that could help with oil consumption through the PVC in an engine combination similar to mine. Do you run an AirGap manifold yourself? I didn't have the same issues with stock or Edelbrock Performer manifolds.

One thing worth mentioning is to ensure you have a correct and functioning PCV valve.

And all of this is assuming that your issue is with the PCV system.
