Bingo, Give that man a Ciigarrrr ! Everything about the clutch linkage is how AMC engineers designed it except for the rod to the release arm leverage point and the release arm and even that is close. (2.17 vs 2.0 ratio) There really are no "adjustments" from the bellcrank up to swing that arm forward to achieve the "arc" that was previously suggested. You can feel the advantage that Peter speaks of when depressing the pedal and it "feels" right,,,time will tell if it "drives" right. Thanks, Mike
