for a single kit you could get away with a msd 6 digital . I used one back in the day and it worked well.
most heavy users are useing timing computers with timing maps and fail safes .

I run 2-200 hp dry shots with .026 nitrous jets

Radamx, are you having any headgasket issues running that much nitrous? Is the stock number of head bolts enough ?

I am running copper gaskets with wire o rings and receiver grooves and I run a early set of Indy 401-1 heads with 4 extra 5/16 head studs.
So in my case no gasket problems.
I have run 350 hp nitrous with factory heads and copper gaskets but i did see leakage on the out side under the plug. Not enough to do any harm but it was there.

I had a 500 hp 401 with iron heads, studs, and Fel Pro blue head gaskets.  Was fine for years with a 150 shot but took out head gaskets pretty regularly with more.  Added the extra head studs and all was fine.
