right around 6-6200

I can hear the engine just start to flatten out around there, on the engine dyno when it had hyper pistons it made power to 6000, the cam's power range is 3800-7000 but with basically box stock heads I suspect that is the limiting factor on why it drops off there, when I can muster up some spare change I think I might get a set of edelbrock heads and send them and the intake to M&M so he can work them over really good

Your car runs great for what it is I wouldnt care what anyone says.
My new motor with ported 291's revs to 7k effortlessly with no signs of falling over and will no doubt go higher but I am not pushing it any farther than that right now. .040 over 401 little more cam and compression, lot of work on my torker and heads, 1 7/8 Doug's headers, E85. May take it to test and tune tomorrow night but not sure I am leaving for Texas on Saturday so time is tight and kinda dont want to break anything so close to going although I am confident it will be fine.
