finally got the converter in the car, went to the track yesterday to run the outlaw 10.5 series, they had an hour of open testing first thing in the AM so we took the car off the trailer brought it to the line and it went 1.57 60' and 11.15 at 120 back to back within 10 minutes of each other so i'd say the converter was a step in the right direction!


previous best was 1.71 60' and 11.41 at 122

that would be cool Kevin, i'm thinking sometime in October when the air is really good I might be able to get into the 10.90's on motor but don't expect any better than that out of this combo.

thinking of putting a little shot on it and stepping up to the 10.50et class, I think a 100 shot will do it.


Jim, I didn't expect this much of an improvement with the converter, I was thinking it would run high 20's to mid 30's and I would have been content with that, when I saw the board light up with that # I was so shocked that I had to go right back up and see if it was a fluke! well it wasn't and 9 minutes after the first run it ran the exact same #, pretty good little bracket car its turned out to be.

 I've seen that many times, whatever you trim in the 60' is doubled at the end.
