All,

I went to this meet this year and saw some quality cars and a Honcho.  There was a 67 Marlin, PC Javelin, Levi Gremlin, Bittersweet 70 Javelin, the Honcho and more.  No club can make people bring their car to the car show but this event was worth my 760 mile round trip.

VR,
Dave

Dave -

Peter usually gets about 20 cars or more at the show, but I think some may have passed on the show due to the heavy rains the night before.   The show is on grass and the field was a little soft :)

Glad to hear you enjoyed the show.

Steve

Does anyone know the address for the New England Regional Show at Farmington, CT?

Its been listed for weeks for "Up coming events" on Aug 24 & 25, but the actual show with cars on display is tomorrow the 25th and the entire notice has been taken down.  I want to attend.  Why was it pulled from the AMC Forum?

Connecticut AMO site should have the info:

http://www.ctamo.com/

Might want to call just to make sure the show is as scheduled.

No, unfortunately I ran into a fuel problem on the way home from the Spinning Wheel show and I'm waiting for the carb to be done (rebuild).

I went to the CAMO show for about three years in a row.  Very nice show and they were quite kind to my Javelin.  Silver the first year and Gold the next two years.

I remember when the show was in Meriden CT.  We were on the show field when the clouds opened up and the rain started.  Then we heard that a tornado touched down on the other side of town.  That was a lot of fun :)

It's a really nice show with a good turn out of cars!

CAMO Show yesterday had great WX, and about 60 cars! a lot of great Javelins, AMx's ramblers, 1 61 Metro, Spirits, Ambos, 1 Hudson Hornet Custom (56) that took people's choice,( they liked the fold down seats). 48 Commodore Sdn, plus a genuine Mexican LERMA 4 door sedan. Many nice AMC's. Thanks CAMO....
