Need recommendations for a readily available matched gear set for a 343 I am building up.  I will probabably use a DUI (HEI) distributor but would like to use a matched set of gears.   I'm sort of a newbie at AMC V8's.

Joe

The DUI is an excellent choice. I still have one I bought in 2003 that I keep in the trunk just in case my Crane Fireball fails

It is a brand new AMC short block,(on the shelf for many years)  so there was no existing distributor.  I"m wondering if the OMIX ADA cast iron gears on rockauto would be good to use.  Joe

I used a Bulltear set but I hear they do not have them anymore.  I think Nick Alfano has them:

The MSD gears have worked fine for me in more than one 360.
