I don't know on that specific valve, but the Chrysler 2.08 intake and 1.74 exhaust used to be popular for AMC 20 yrs ago (I have used them). This isn't as common anymore, most use the SBC based valves, many options and lighter.

SBC uses 11/32 valve stem rather than AMC 3/8...I have Chevy intake valves and Ford exhaust valve in my 64 American...I don`t think the flow changes as a posed to the overall weight of the valve..and of coarse the easy to get...and cheaper

What does it take to install those Manley valves 2.080 int & 1.74 exh in 1969 390 Heads. Can it be done using stock seats. Or is more involved. And who would you recommend. Im here in Arizona. Also are those Mopar valves intake a 45 degree valve. I know factory AMC intake are 30 degree valve.
Thanks in advance Larry

Info from reading, not doing.
4.873" length should be 'ok', on-hand notes say 4.90x" is stock AMC.
'69 S/S Crane heads used the Mopar 2.080" / 1.740"
but turned down the 2.080" Head Dia to 2.065" Dia.
and 'opened up' the combustion chambers using:
"And Cylinder Head Combustion Chamber to Valve Head was Un-Shrouded by using
a 2.375" Dia radiused Cutter for the Intake, and a 2.063" Dia radiused Cutter for Exhaust."
"Super Stock AMC Finished Cylinder Head Volume = 58 cc's +/- 1 cc's."

Information above from Car Craft 1969 4-Part Clone S/S AMX Build articles.

If anyone could graciously provide legible images of Part 1 of that series of articles which
is found in the July 1969 edition of Car Craft Magazine, it would be greatly appreciated.

SI has oversize stainless valves for AMC 390 intake SEV 2662 60 2.080 dia 4.900  length and exhaust SEV 2813 dia 1.688 4.910 length in their catalogue. Has anyone used these on 1969 390 heads. It would mean cutting seats .060 larger. Can stock valve seats be safety cut 0.060 over without losing seat  hardness. And would compression pockets in head need to be modified larger. Going to see if they are still available through their distributor Ron's RPM. Thanks for any info Larry

Can't find the SI intake 2.080 valves looks like they do not make them any more. But SI does have mopar port series valves all sizes.
