hi,
looking to replace my bushing on amx 69 lower arm and am a little confused with tsm instructions to press bushing to 1-61/64''. The bushing is not even that long so it probably means from 1'' to 61/64 am i correct?

When pressing the bushings in it's best to put a snug-fitting spacer between the two sides so you don't collapse the control arm at the bushing area. I cut a piece of oak or similar hard wood and trim it so it just fits snug and cut out a sort of u-shape to straddle the bushing as it goes in. I have photos of pressing the bushings out and in somewhere but can't find them now..... |

Oops - forgot you are dealing with a 69 so your arms will look different. These are for a 1970
