I had the same problem. I called them about 3 weeks after ordering. They said, "oh they went out yesterday." The filters didn't show up for another week. I suggest calling them to check on the order. I know I won't be ordering from them again and I'm sorry for suggesting the site.

I ordered two Baldwin B9's on Monday they just arrived today-from Portland. You can't beat the $10 incl shipping price.Clap
