I came across a rough Ertl 1/18th scale AMX and my Dad is a tether car guy from way back.....he did the engineering and the paint job was my contribution.............and we obviously don't have enough to do...................LOL!

man that thing is wicked cool as heck. i love it. i once mounted a r/c airplane engine on a 1/10 scale r/c  monster truck and used a pusher prop  to propel it around like a air boat. i have had more fun with my rc stuff for the last23 yrs . how about a youtube video of it running.Thumbs Up

I think the motor is a Veco 0.19....it's just a circa 1960s motor that my Dad had in his parts box.  The car was really meant for show, so although it would run...it will probably remain a trailer queen....LOL
