I have been trying to swap out the turn signal lights to LED. All the lights are now LED including the turn signal indicator. I can't get them to blink unless I use one filament bulb in the line. I have swapped out the flasher to the electronic type and have also tried a ballast resistor but still have to leave one old bulb in to get them to flash. The old bulbs use about one ohm but the resistor I have is rated for 6 ohms, could this be the problem? It also has a painless wiring harness on it now if that makes a difference. Thanks

Your problem is likely the same as I had in that LED's draw so little power that a poor ground or older, dirty contacts will not draw enough amps for the circuit to operate.
Check your grounds first with a meter on each connection and then if all else fails, I put regular bulbs in the front marker lights and everything worked fine.

I agree , I put LED tail lights in another car and needed to get flasher that works with the low draw of LED's.

Note that the Digi-Tails site states that TWO flashers are needed for front and rear LED lights. Apparently the flasher won't support four LED lights (not 4 LEDs... the lights may have multiple LEDs for each location).

Single flasher here, will run all the lights.
